I have an 89 Camaro with manual windows. How do I find out if it's setup for power windows?

If it is, where do I find the wires?

 

there is no wires in the door for a manual setup at least my trans am did not have them. i added power windows to mine just ran all the wireing and put in the regulator and motor assembly. With all the stuff figure a days work or run the wireing one day and gut the doors the next.
