wing, what f body has a wing?
if your talking spoiler, you just take the bolt out from under the hatch and put a new one in, worst case you have to drill it out

GM on spoilers decided to use studs, not bolts. They have one type of thread on one end that goes into the spoiler. Then there is a lip, so it only goes so far into the spoiler, then additional threads on the other end... Typically the end with the thicker threads is screwed into the spoiler first. This leaves a stud then coming out of the spoiler. Which is then installed and a nut is run on from the bottom, under the deacklid to hold it on the car.
This works great unless someone over tightens the nuts, or they rust or seize on. Then what will happen is the other threaded end....(in the spoiler will back out) What you can do if this is the case....
Take off all the nuts you can. The ones that will not come out. Turn them in the way that they are loosening the spoiler...you should be able to back them out of the spoiler hole enough to free the spoiler. Then you can get a pair of vise grips on the stud sticking thru the decklid and hopefully hold it tight enough to be able to free the nut under the decklid. Sux you may end up needing new studs in the end.
See if that works...
