Krylong Fusion for grill?
I have a full can of black Krylon Fusion paint, will this look good if I use it to paint my Z28 grill that I'm installing on my car or should I use regular Krylon? (This will be exposed to the elements.)

Krylon Fusion would work. It is made for inside or outside use.

Well, we took some steel wool and sanded on the places that bubbled up, and then put another coat on. Well it bubbled up in places it didn't before.

I've sanded and rattlecanned my grille insert several times. I prefer rustoleum matte finish. I've never had any problems.
I repaint it about once a year.

im not joking. that will take care of your bubbles.
if it still persists, stick it in direct sunlight and let it get really warm before you paint it, or you could also heat it with a hair dryer before paint as well.
good luck, it works.

Clean it thoroughly, then spray some Bulldog paint adhesion promoter on. Then paint it with whatever you want. It has been my experience the paint is harder than hell to remove when sprayed over the Bulldog. It will even adhere to chrome!

Bulldog is the name brand. It can be found in a spray can at your local parts store, or Wal -Mart in the spray paint section. It sprays on clear and gives the paint something to stick to. Especially problem surfaces such ac plastic and rubber. I even used some on my exterior door trim on the front door to my house. There was some excessive silicone sealant on the trim that had been wiped off. The silicone must have soaked into the wood, when I tried to paint over it the paint would just bead off. Sprayed on the bulldog and painted over it no problem.
