Damage to passenger door

I am trying to (as money allows) rebuild a 1992 Camaro Z/28. The body was in fairly good shape, until a friend of mine smacked the passenger door up against a curb, and broke a piece of the ground effects. As you can see, it's hanging off of the door. I've looked in all the manuals and documentation I have for how to remove the piece, but haven't found that, nor have I found a piece to replace it with. If anyone has any idea, please let me know. Thanks.

And for the record, yes that's duct tape

I believe the ground effects are held on underneath with screws of some sort.

I can see what you are talking about now. What about replacement pieces? Any idea?
