Cause? Rain.

Solution? Clean the drain holes in the bottom of the doors.

windows arent sealing when door is closed could use new seals around the top of the windows on the t-tops and or new seals where the window meets the door ....

Yes check the drain holes out. I had that problem with my 84. One night after washing my car I heard water in my door lol. So I unpluged the drain holes and all this stuff came spilling out. You will also probably need to replace some seals like general said.
