Engine: L03 for now......
Transmission: 700R4 for now.......
wheel help (kandied)

i really want to put some 18x10.5 z06 rims on my camaro, with either 295 or 315 size tires. i was wondering if anyone know a way that i could get these to tuck under correctly. any help will be appreciated

i do know that i need wheel spacers as well

I hope you got deep pockets...I was looking at doing the same thing myself a while back. Though I was only going to use 275 or 285 width tires. You're going to spend a fortune, but it will look cool..

you may not need spacers if you buy the custom bilet rims and have em made to fit. boyds, billet specalties, ect. lok at the smoothie post in apperiance kandie posted a great thread about sizing in his experiance, i think that is what your looking for.

you could fit any width on a camaro all around but if you want it to look factory that is where the problem comes in. check the thread and read up on proper wheel fitment.

while it may look cool to have wide tires unless you need it they will slow your car down, make it harder to drive straight as they tack all over the road and the wheels will also give a beating to your front steering being much heavier and wider.

did i mention it will slow your car down....
