i wonna find out what tire and wheel setup hes got and is it tubed. or not

 

I believe that is the Pro Roc, i dont know who's it is but i have a couple other pix of the car.. It is mini-tubbed to fit them wheels like that, possibly 28x11.5x15's in the rear.? Rims look like about 15x12 or so.. Awesome Car!!
