my car doesnt have a headliner and the kits i have found online have cost like 120 bucks or more, has anyone made a custom headliner? i was thinking last night maybe i could make a custom one out of vinyl and thin foam but i wasnt sure how id mount it by the front and back windshield. any ideas would be great, im tired of looking up and seeing metal!

 

Check out the Headliner FAQ in my signature. You need a backing board to do this, you can't just apply the fabric to the metal.
