I think it's 82-84. Could be 85 too. Same for Camaro/Firebird. I have that on my 82. Guess that means the spare set I have from an 89 without the trim will be too loose in the centre on my car! I wonder if there is a different centre piece then as well?

This post got me thinking, i thought i had the 84's t-tops on my Formula one time when i had the trim painted body color on my original ones. so iwent out to the garage to check (i kept the 84's as spares) and they fit the Formula fine.

According to my 82-92 Firebird parts microfiche 1982-early 1985 used T-tops with plastic channels on the edges of the glass. It lists two different part numbers for the center T-bar for 82-early 85 and late 85-92.

My brother has a set of t-tops from a 84 T/A, w/trim, on his 91 Firebird, and had no problem making them fit tight.

My 83 T/A also has that trim on them.

That might be the aftermarket T-Top.
Is there a C&C on the top and can you take a pic of the other side.

I have the C&C on my bird. My TA had the factory....

sorry i dont really have additional pics our digital cam is broken...but the only way i could make them fit is maybe to cram them under the t top bar and that just doesnt seem right when my other ones slide nicely under the bar and set down easily ready to be latched....soo i dunno i need to figure something out because they are taking up a lot of space ill try to see about the fitment again tomorrow but im pretty sure they would have to be crammed into place and thats not a good thing...if anyone is looking for a spare set both of the t tops are ready to go on (no key sorry) with only damage being scratches from use...and ill sell them cheap!! theyll be in the classifieds as well thx email me for qs
