yeah i never had a handbook with my car so i was wondering if you guys could answer a Q? ok on my bezel??? where like the defrost switches and hatch release buttons are, there is a little circular red light that i just noticed was on. like it faces downward toward the heater a/c controls. i just never noticed it lit before and was just wondering what it could be for. remember i have the 1990 style trim. THANKS!!!

yea it sounds like left over security pieces.look under your hood for the rest.just a guess without seeing pictures.

 

yeah it looked factory though. hmm you guys are probably right, as i did rip out the old alarm not too long ago. thanks for helping me though, i guess ill just ignore it

 

I think what your talking about is a circular light under the dash pad that is in a square plastic piece that presses into the dash. If thats what it is its a light that gm put in that isnt very helpfull at all because it isnt very bright and is over the ac/ heater.
