My 88 IROC doors are very hard to open and close. I have replaced the bushings with oversized ones and that doesn't do it. The door on the passenger side is almost impossible to open.

Anyone with any problems like that and how can it be fixed? The hinge on the actual door itself is welded so I don't see how that can be repaired.
