Fiberglass hood users, struts?
What hood struts are you using? I know GM put 'glass hoods on a few, but I can not find new hood struts for anything but the steel hoods. Is therre a source for these?

I used the GM struts for 82-83 "plastic hood"(thats what GM calls it)
They are available through GMPartsdirect.com
Part# 14045326
They just jumped up in price a LOT
But theres no substitute for the correct ones in my opinion
After spending $400 for a hood an another $500 to have it sanded and painted....the last thing I wanted was for it to either crack or slam down
