I was able to reuse the factory lap belt holes for the new waist belt on the harness. You need to attach the Y or H harness (over the shoulder part) to the bar welded to your hoop. You'll have to make some plate and drill a hole in the floor board for the submarine belt.
I was able to notch out the factory cover where the factory retrac thingey is so I could leave it in place, but still allowed the new harness to bolt into it.
old pic, but you get the idea

Yeah the pic attachement is'nt working right now on the board so my pic did'nt do much good.
The retractor part on the outside of the seat that holds the belt has a plastic cover-one side rests on the sill and the other side goes down and sits agasint the carpet. Your harness lap belt will have a flat peice of steel that gets bolted to the car. There is no provision on the side of the plastic retractor cover to allow that flat peice of steel to go through so you can bolt it to the car. Hence the need to slot/notch it out so you can bolt it too the car and still keep the factory retractor cover installed for astetics-other wise there is a big void in the sill cover that the retractor cover hides

I'm just running RCI Y-type with a latch. I have to replace these every 2 years, so spending twice the cash on a maditory replacible item is just not practical. Serves the same purpose just not as "cool". If I did not race and just wanted the cool look, I would then spend the $140, by $70 every 2 is bad enough.
