Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone has heard of a complete fiberglass body of a thirdgen. Not just a drag racing body, something with a floor.
I am just thinking because I am working (slowly) putting a vette dana 44 in my car and thinking of just making a custom frame.

i think theres a company named VFN fiberglass that makes fenders doors and what not that look extremely similiar to the stock panels. never seen any in person just pictures on line.

no, you cant get just the body shell in 'glass.... the camaro is a unibody car. the shell IS the car.

so its either tube frame with a fiberglass shell, or the metal shell.

 

I know the camaro is a unibody. I am just thinking of making a tube frame and wanted a lighter body.

I have seen aftermarket fiberglass corvette bodys. I know they are fiberglass from the factory anyways but ther do have after market bods out there. Was hoping for a camaro one.
