Seat Belt Trim

How does this piece go back on? I just aquired two because since I've owned my car there has never been any on it. I know where it goes I just hope I don't have to pull apart the seatbelt.

your gonna have to unbbolt one end or the other of the seatbelt to slide it through, or you can cut a slit in the plastic and do it the cheap way.
