Articulated seat question
I was at a junk yard this weekend and found a set of seats I was unsure about. It was in a Trans Am. I got the console lid out of it and it was the big square lid so I figure the car was 82-84. The seats in it I believe are called articulates. There was a **** on the lower side which cranked the bolsters at your thighs in and out. There was another **** on the side of the back which cranked in and out another set of bolsters on your sides. There was a section under your legs that you could adjust up and down. I passed on them but I am now kicking myself for not picking them up. Any ideas for sure what they were called and the years they were vailable? The upolstery was shot onthem but the padding looked in real good shape and all the ***** worked.
Thanks,

In Camaros (and maybe TA's) they're Lear/Seigler Conteur seats, manufactured from 83 to perhaps 86. There are bolsters on the seat and seat back which can be manipulated as well as a lumbar and thigh adjustment. Mine is on a six-way electric track so the number of adjustments is considerable.
