Glass Hood questions, WHAT GIVES
This hood was put on the car 2 years ago and half the car was repainted... and the hood is the only place this is happening... what gives?

Those are all white spots under the clear coat, if you run your hand over the finish you cant feel any of them. It's an ASCD hood too...

Doesn’t that happen when you don’t use heat insulation on the under side of the hood? at least that’s what I have heard.

I'm by no means a bodywork expert, but I heard something about painting fibreglass (a Corvette body in this case) that if it isn't prepped with a certain something, I can't remember the name, the paint can get whats called "fish eyes" after you paint it. I've never seen 'fish eyes' but could this be whats happening to your hood?
