ok so i hit a sold steel trailer today on the way to school. i went home righ after the crash and torn off my whole front end and when i got to the bumper braces they were pushed way back and they were all torn up. i noticed that they are part of the the frame so what do i need to do so i can put and new bumper and cover on it????? torch it off and weld a new one???? where can i find a new one????? help!!!!!!!

 

Take it to a body shop that has the equipment to bend frames. Tell them you want to replace all the bolt on parts yourself if that's what you're planning on doing. Have them make sure that the steering linkage is not damaged. Check it with a flashlight. Sometimes the parts can get a small crack and later on will rust until the point where they break. Loss of steering at any speed is bad news.
