well these 2 piece the arrow is pointing at



how do u get them off. i was tring to get that piece on the bottom off and just broke it more. because when i get a new one i need to be able to put it on without breaking it.

 

the piece on the bottom can only come off with the entire door panel. The bottom of the panel muszt be puled away from ther door first. that plastic part is tricky to get off to. I have found that it is easeir to go it with the wondow down. you must push it outward and up and it wil come off. start at one end and work your way toward the front. That other trianglular loking piece can then be remove after the door panel is off. I think its held in place with 3 10mm bolts. It is adjustable so make sure you it back in the same location or you will get wind noise of leaks or a misaligned window.
