Would 2 of them look good down a 4"cowl hood? I'm trying to decide if I want a 2" cowl or a 4".... Anyone have either or know of some pictures to compare? Thanks for your input

My opinion is don't get 4" unless you need it. They look ugly. 2 stripes would look awesome with it though.

I say get the 2 inch cowl 4 only looks good when you need it. 4 just looks rediculous on a street car but yeah the stripes would look good in my opinion.

It just looks out of place. Oh well, not my car.

I'm not totally certain... but I think that I disagree with you on that.

I'd like to see a 4" cowl with stripes on it, I agree that it looks a bit out of place plain... especially if it's unnecessary.

I love the look of that 2 1/4" cowl with the racing stripes. I think the problem with the 4" cowl is that if you put racing stripes down it the vertical side would offset the racing stripe so much that it would look funny, unless you made the stripe really wide. Just my opinion though. I do like the 4" cowl i just think the combination of a 4" cowl and racing stripes doesn't work well.

BTW, deepstage69 --- what's the width of your main stripe? I think you measured it out perfectly with the width of the cowl. Good work.
