E-brake handle

E-brake handle

How the heck do i get my e-brake handle off my 88 iroc? I know the shifter handle has a little pin to slide out, but i couldnt find anything like that for the ebrake handle.

There is a small screw at the base of the handle. Take it out and then use the butt of the screwdriver to pound the handle off if it wont come off easily.
