Rust/Rot around license plate

Hey guys this IROC I have is a little tender behind the license plate. It's that piece of sheet metal that runs between the rear 1/4's and the tail lights mount to them.

Any idea where I can locate patch panels or a replacement panel? I looked at Classic Industries and the didnt have anything.

If not I will be doing some custom work!!!

You definitely won't find a replacement rear panel. However, I suggest posting an add in the 'parts wanted' section. I did and found a member quickly who was willing to cut out the section I needed from a wrecked car.
