Front bumper cover reinforcement
Help!!! I've tried to search to look for posts on this topic with no luck. The car is an 84 Z that has been gutted for drag racing, i.e. no front crash bar. I've made up all of my attachments for the bumper cover. The problem is the indents? in the nose on each side of where it comes to a point on the front, i had it worked on when they painted it, now after several 1/4 mile passes it is starting to crack the paint, i know that the guy used the flexible additive, i was there when he painted it. I had someone take a picture ofthe car as it was going through the lights and WOW!!! it looks like at those spots the font end is caved in about 6 inches. Has anyone done anything to keep this from happening, and if so do you have any pic's?
