4th gen visors?

Does anyone know the simplist way to get the 4th gen visors to work in our cars?

They likely will work in a hardtop...I once put a spare set of hardtop 3rd gen visors in a 4th gen that was missing them. The t-top ones won't interchange though, since the 3rd gen ones are curved and the 4th gen are not.
