Racing Seats

Just wondering who makes a decent racing seat for our cars. How do they look, how comfortable are they, and how cheap are they? I'm looking for a set of affordable seats, that look good, and are still at least a little comfortable. Pictures are appreciated, as well as links to where to buy them.

Thanks

There are many kinds of seats out there. Are you looking for a real racing seat, with a fixed back, helmet wings, etc? Or a reclinable racing "style" seat that'll keep you from sliding around on on-ramps? What price are you willing to pay? Most racing seats have side or bottom mounting lugs, where you take their bracket, and bolt/weld it to your car, and then bolt the seat to their bracket. I ended up welding a seat mount to the floor, then bolting the Sparco sliders and side mounts for the Evo seat in the Z28tt. Make sure it's sturdy, as this is what keeps you secure in a crash. I'll see if I can dig out pictures...

I don't know if anyone makes direct bolt-in kits, but the 4th gen seats I heard bolt right in, so their kits should work for the third-gens as well.
