Sanding gfx?

When sanding gfx for painting, should you sand in smooth, circular motions, or just straight across, or does it really matter?

use wet 400 for the last sanding, and sand lenghwise with the palm of your hand

guess who's back, anyway i like 800 for wetsanding any kind of primer and 1200 for sanding paint(finish with 2,000)
