Plastic door piece for side mirror **** (manual adjustor)
I put in a new driver-side mirror, but the plastic piece that holds its adjustor **** broke. The **** fits sideways into the back of this thing, then you slide a flat piece of metal with two tabs into the back to hold it in place (this is when the plastic snapped off), screw it into the inner door panel, and then the cover piece snaps over the top.
The dealer parts guy here (StL) said they can't get this part anymore, and I know it's impossible to get some parts on picked-over F-bodys @junkyards... anyone know where I could find a replacement? I don't want to glue/tape it all sloppy-like if I can avoid it.
Thanks for any help!!!

Yep, we're like vultures, waiting for the last straggler, waiting to swoop down for the kill
At least you still have the metal clip; I thought I'd lost mine, but I found it after searching for 1/2 an hour! Last time I had the door apart it sproinged away (nooo!)
