okay i know its been discussed and im sure i can do a searchand find it but i figured what the hell..

so anyways im putting in the 94 camaro v6 dash in my 82 camaro. i got the yellow buffer box from a 87 firebird as i was told i needed.

i am installing a 88 tpi wireing harness from a camaro including the computer and engine.

my trans is a cable driven t5 out of an 85 iroc.

so my question is did i screw up by not getting the speedo itself from the 87 firebird so that i can use the buffer box so the speedo works for the 94 dash?

wow when you get your head around it my car is a real mut. lol

if somone could help and basically tell me that im screwed that would be great.

im also thinking im going to need some sort of vss or maybe the yelow box does that for me. hmm i think i need that speedo out of the firebird.
