hood lip!!

im have some probs i want to get rid of the lip in front of my hood but by cutting it, then it will sit to low and the fenders will be to high does anyone have some ideas?

use adjustable bumpers on the hood to place it where you want it. it may take so fab work

thats how it sits with out its bumpers, something tells me im going do some more fibber glass work
