Seat belt, Rectactor, Guide.. How to Remove?

Seat belt, Rectactor, Guide.. How to Remove?
How is the roof seatbelt retractor held in? Can it be removed without removing the headliner?
I am trying to figure out to unclip the BLACK plastic guide that clips to the actual retractor mechanism itself.

Then you have a black plastic guide that is clipped into the mechanism : http://putfile.com/pic.php?pic=9/25700421484.jpg&s=x1
But HOW do you remove that black part? I pried and pulled and tugged.. won't budge..
