4th gen power windows?

4th gen power windows?
Can the 4th gen power windows be fit into a thirdgen door and get to work? has anyone done this?
also will the 4th gen steering colum fit into the thirdgen?

I am sure that you may be able to make the 4th gen motor work in a 3rd gen with some modification.
I'll look at one of the 4th gen motors I have here and compare it to my 3rd gen one.
