seats, water damage

Is there any way to fix seats that have water damage, like when they get all wavy? they're still in good shape just got a t-top leak and my seats got wavy from the water.

The only way I know is a recover, this will make sure there is not mold or milldew unclosed in the seats causing a bad smell and health hazards to those with allergies.
