headliner repair

I have read threads about fixing headliners that are in bad shape. Mine is only sagging in a couple little places. Is there any way to fix this without having to rip all the fabric of and re-do the entire thing? Thanks for any help.

Did my truck headliner a couple years ago, used the Permatex spray glue and it came loose in a couple places where there was an inside curve. I took the headliner down, put a couple staples through it and bent the tabs over to clinch them in. Really don't notice it and should hold your fabric for a while, easy to remove when it's time to redo it.
