here is a few new pics ofmy custom gauge panel with gauges in my 91z28. as you can see, there is no warning lights or anything in the cluster. theres no need for the SES since I have a FAST ECU, the seatbelt light is useless, the HB indicator is uselss. If my foglight switch is lite up then I know my high beams are not on. the brake light is useless since the pedal wil tell my if there is a problem. So, as you can see, the only needed lights are the turn singals.

The wiring of the gauges was VERY simple since I removed every single unneeded wire in the dash. There was a lot of wires that went to the ECm and since ditiched the stock ECM, the extra wires where justin the way. The air bag and VATS wiring where also tossed. Basicaly all I was left with was a few wires that ran the basic gauges and then a few power and ground wires and light wires. the tech runs right off the MSD box and the electric speedo runs right off the VSS in the tranny. vacuum gauge was simple, fuel gauge uses the same wire as the stock gauge as does the water temp and volts gauges. My oil pressure and fuel pressure gauges are mounted in the cowl of the hood and are mechanical style. the extra hole in the cowl is for my nitrous pressure gauge.
