Undercoating/subframe connectors

Allright, so I want the rust off of the bottom of my car, and I want undercoating/por15/both.

Someone told me that the gas tank needs to come out in order to do the job right. What else needs to come out?

I dont think anything on my car is rusted through, i just think it's surface rust. So what do I tell the guy when I find a shop to do it?

Do i get the underside cleaned, then sanded, then subframe connectors, then por 15'd, then undercoated?

P.S. While my gas tank is out (can I undercoat this too?) Should I upgrade my fuel pump? (If the fuel pump is sump-style I dont' even know)

Finally for the SFCs, I heard that there are sometimes clearance issues with engine swaps or upgraded exhausts. (I have Spohn's kit.) I'm definately looking at doing all of that down the line. So, how can i tell the shop to install them so that I wont have clearance issues?

Finally, anyone know a shop in NJ that can do all this?
