first paint job

just painted my first car at school, just happened to be a third gen, what more could I have asked for.

Because of the atmosphere in the garage it's hard to tell. It looks really great but clean her up, get her in the sun and shoot some pics and I bet she will look awsome. Can you do mine next?

I just finsihed it up and got it untaped and snapped a few pics, I'm gonna clean it up on monday morning and we have a guy who is gonna come in and buff it. I'll get some pics once it's all cleaned up and ready to go back to the customer.

I need to get rid of the ATF on my camaro!!! I need to get a real paintjob!!! and feel good when im washing my car!!! instead of fearing of getting dirty everytime I go near my car... Sometimes im wearing blue jeans and get them dirty when i touch the car because of the ATF!!!! but it looks so damn nice!!! :-p ill paint her when i have the time...

great job, seems to be a nice, clean paint job. is there some orange peel on the corner of the headlight pocket? it might just be the picture i dont know

it's a small school and they don't always allow us to do things right as bad as I hate to say it, there is no orange peel altough I did get a slight run on the passenger side ground effects, I sanded it out and it will be buffed when the rest of the car is done, I wanted to pull the ground effects and dimantle the car like it should have been done but I had to do it the way I was told to. Thanks for the compliments though, hopefully by spring I'll have a lil more experience for when I spray my 94 I now have I been working on.

Good job! I feel for you. I am currently working on my first painting project in school 2, but mine is a 92 S10 so I wont be posting pix of it here anyway, its a shame that your school doesnt allow things to be done properly.
