No rear hatch release button?
I just a '91 RS donor car( has severe front damage) for aero body kit and the sweet clean interior. One thing I notice was no rear hatch release button. I know it's suppose to be in its usual place below the shifter. But NO!
Did some RS's come without the release button? I'm only whining because I want to transfer the newer interior into mine and I'm going to have to cut a hole where mine is.

Axle/Gears: 3.42 Open , 10 Bolt (ukn)
the key word is option...best bet will be drilling the hole...or, swapping that part from your car to the new one. My 85 bird didn't have the rear hatch release option, but i later swapped it in...it did have the high-performance stereo, and other junk on a v6 bird, but...no power windows, etc.
