Questions about my paint prep!

First of all I would like to say hi to everyone in the group (so hi) and I am sorry to sound so helpless but I am trying to hurry things along on repainting my wives car and my friend and paint and body man is gone for the holidays and I want it ready for him so he can start filling and painting as soon as he gets back. I was told to use aircraft paint stripper and 2 grades of metal sand paper (220 and 320 grit) to remove ALL the old factory paint from the car before he would start the body and paint prep. While in the process I got into some old body filler on the car that the paint stripper softened and I ended up digging into it when scraping away paint, should I go ahead and remove it all or leave it and ask the body man? Also, can anyone tell by these photos if the sanding scratches are too deep and should I continue to sand away with the 320 grit paper?

I made an attempt to put the photos on the internet please let me know if it worked or not, I is a puter dummy!
