T-top seal window saver......???

Has anyone done a auto window mod to a 3rd gen camaro.....???

Let me explain..... I've seen some high end cars that don't have the window frame like our camaros. When you open the door the window rolls down about 2 inches then when you shut the door it rolls back up. This saves the weather seal on the t-tops and front side..

So I figured a small relay wired with the door light switch....??

Does it matter? The window will still be pressing up against the weatherstripping when it rolls up...

Won't do much, if anything. Do you really want to know why?

1. You need a switch that knows the second the door handle is triggered.
2. You'll have to wait for the window to roll down since our windows are slow.
3. It still won't do much since that rubber is flexible enough that getting tapped by the window won't damage it more than being exposed to UV rays from the sun every day.
4. It'll be more than just a relay.
