needin some info

hey guys i shaved my door handles a while back during the summer and now that its really cold here in kansas my solenoids kinda act up wont pull acts like they are frozen ive tried some wd40 with minimal success but was wondering how i could keep them warm. somebody told me that i could use a nitrous heater wrap for a bike but wanting some suggestions on if this would work and/or what else i could use.

thanks alot

if in the wrong section feel free to move sorry

actually the first thing i would do is take out the latch soak it and get it perfectly clean so that it operates at 100% and if that does not work then try something else.....for curiosities sake what brand solenoids do you have

will try but its not the latch on cold days i can sit there and push on the noid with my hand and it wont budge where as there should be a lil movement...but will take everything out tonight and put some elbow grease into it...oh yeah they are autolocs 35lb 2 door kit/ no alarm though...did call them up and they said since i didn't buy them straight from them that the warranty doesn't hold up
