I am loosing my ground effects! I own a 1985 Camaro Z-28

I pulled the side skirt off, and saw some big metal brackets, how did everybody remove those. I am having second thoughs on it, incase I decide to sell the car and reinstall them.

I want to do it anyway! How did you all remove the metal brackets?

The rear bumber sideskirt. I was pulling these off. I took the two screws in the bottom out, and I gave it a quick yank, expecting it to be plastic clips and didn't want to break it.

Needless to say, they were metal and I snaped the fiberglass peice in HALF! I am going to buy another one, but wont be putting it on because I don't want it on. Just to have it if I decide to reinstall it. How do I properly get it off?

The front wasn't messed with, because I havent painted it primer black yet, but are there any complications on getting it off?
