i bought this under dash panel cover and its missing two peices. I havent seen any covers that fit the holes. Does anyone know what this is from and where i can get the missing covers?

The bigger hole accesses the fuse panel, the small the computer port. Both are easily found at a bone yard. By the way, is the panel from a Firebird/TA? I ask because I've never seen a Camaro with the light cover (but I haven't seen them all!)

It looks to be from a 91-92 Firebird... thats what the one in mine looks like and it is different from my 85...

 

There's supposed to be lights onder the dash to light up the floor??

that doesn't look like mine that's from a camaro.

 

That looks like the style that my 86 and 88 Firebirds have.
the 90-92 Birds have ones that have a hinge like portion on the front part of the hush panel.

 

wait a second, what cars came with this? i'm prety sure my 87 has never had one.

 

my 88 didn't have one and it never had an alarm or anything so i don't see why anyone would have taken it out. it was a 5 speed. my 84 z came with one identical to that one and it was an auto and my 87 iroc came with one that differs only where the light is. it doesnt have a cover like that.

 

thats not from a 91-92 style bird... its from like a 87 or 88 car... reason i say that is because the 91 has a different style fuse panel cover, its a L shaped almost, and the older ones are just the square cover. my buddies 87 camaro has a cover just like that with a cut out like that for the aldl port, the birds are just exposed. if you look hard enough there is a little cover that pops over the aldl port that says computer port or something

Well the last guy who had the panel had it in his Camaro but it may have been from a firebird before he bought it.

Does anyone have the peices I am missing.. for a reasonable price.

I have that exact same panel in my 83' no i do not have the panels but you can pic them up probably for like 4 or 5$ from a junk yard/ salvage yard near you

Yes that is a possibility, however that doesnt change the fact that i havent even seen the panels that go in those two holes, Again if anyone has these im interested.

yah I just removed mine as well recently for alarm installation. Looks exactly like that. 83 z28

Also looks just like my 88. Including the light dome.

 

My 82 has the little light too.

 

Does my 92 Camaro have the lights in the floorboard area?
That would be pretty cool if they did.
