front ground effects.

Ok ive finally decided to redo my fenders to accept my ground effects. These fenders have no holes at all, but im willing to modify them to get the ground effects on. My question is how does the front ground effects (on the front end of the car) mount to the fenders? I see on fenders that are made for my car, there there are like 2 lines cut into the fenders, and i see on the frount ground effects that thers are two tabs on each side..4 total. So does that tab fit into the line cut on the fender and then something like clip onto the tab on the inside of the fender to hold it in place?

I know that was alittle confusing..if someone could just take a picture or something..that would be awesome.

A small bracket on each side is used to secure the front gfx to the fender. Don't have any pics though.
