Who is it that makes these hi rise spoiler i've seen but it's been a while.Any info will be appreciate it.Thanks

Classic Industries used to offer one. If was labeled as the Convertable High Rise of Conv 91 & 92 Camaro's. I don't think they offer it anymore but you can check their site. Oh yeah, it had a price tag of $900 at the time.
