what are these called?

Im trying to get this part for my Z28 but i dont know what its called makeing it hard for me to track down. Anyway its those vent things for the front bumper, they go on each side of the licence plate on the 82-84 Z28's. Aside from looks there ment deflect the wind towards the rad. Does anyone know what these vent things are called?
