Hatch is way crooked need help!

i just took my spoiler off the other day and now you can REALLY tell how crooked my hatch sits... one side almost rubs... probably does over bumps and the other side has a huge gap and the whole hatch sits way to far back. how do i fix this? i know there are the bolts that hold the hatch down to the body but i losend them and i wasnt able to get ANY movement out of it and im pretty sure nothing will happent if i loosen the bolts in the hatch glass. i was kinda wondering if the strut things have anything to do with me not being able to move it if i take them off the hatch then could i ajust it? ill put a pic up in a few mins here to show how bad it is.

U have to take the shocks off. Than go into the back seat and look up lol. Take that plastic part off Should have 4 screws holding it up. When that it off u will see 2 nuts on eash side losen them up. Than u or a friend go out and push/pull the hatch were it looks good than u tighten back up... Hope u can understand all this..lol
