I'm going to paint my entire car in a few months after I take it out of storage, but before I do that I need to finish the underneath of my hood and put it on. I have a fiberglass ram air hood from G&T fiberglass and its a little bit rough in some areas. Ive never sanded or painted fiberglass so I dont know what to use for sand paper, or if I need any special paint? I was thinking about doing this job myself,and Is it okay to use spray paint? because I dont have a spray gun. This is going to be a daily driver pretty soon so I dont want to do a showcar finish, just a smooth painted surface. Any help will be appreciated.
