Front bumper and front spoiler installation...

How hard is it? I have a 91 RS that has seen better days, so it's time to freshen her up a bit.

Is this a all-day project (which is fine by me)? Or is it a "take it to the local auto body shop project" ($$$). Anyone who has experience in this area fEel free to give me some tips, advice, etc. thanks.

It all depends how well you know your car. I know how these cars are put together pretty well...so I can change a front bumper in about 20 minutes. The only way you'll find out is if you do it yourself

I think a gear wrench makes it very easy. IIRC, you have 3 bolts on each side for the bumber, and 2 bolts on each side for the ground effect.

hells yeah , a gear wrench makes that top bolt a hell of lot easier to get.

I had to take that f*cking nut off the top with a deep well socket and short handle 3/8 ratchet. It took me more time to get those off of each side than the rest of the bumper all together did.
