Inner Fenders

Ok so I picked up new inner fenders from the junkyard today, because mine came with none... Anyways.. They're held in with little plastic clippy things, I just sorta chopped the heads off the ones at the junkyard, and I think I may have fudged the fender a bit from prying, is there a better way to get the plugs off on my car? It still has some plugs in it, but no inner fender.. and can I just new plugs from like partsource, autozone, etc??

Thanks in advance guys!!!

You can still get them from GM also.
