Is new carpet worth the trouble of pretty much removing the whole interior?

Except for maybe the seats, the carpet has the biggest impact on how an interior looks, especially if it's a lighter colored interior. nasty, dirty, worn out carpet makes an interior look beat. New carpet makes a huge difference if yours has seen better days.
Here's a couple pics of my GTA. Unfortunately, I put ACC carpet in because I didn't know any better at the time, and the rear hatch area is already faded.

PM me for info on where to buy carpet.
If you buy carpet without the heavy rubber backing, it's much ligher than stock, but looks exactly the same.
